Nancy LaVioletteRPI Staffing & Recruiting
Nancy comes to Lauber with over 24 years of experience in the staffing industry. She started her career at Randstad in Green Bay as an account executive and relocated to Milwaukee when she was promoted to a district manager role responsible for sales and operations of all Wisconsin and St. Louis branches. She was a regional director for Snelling Staffing Services, where she supported 42 franchises in the Midwest, mentored new and existing franchise owners through the entire startup process and then consulted in all areas of their business.
She served as vice president at eliteHCG for seven years, where she developed and implemented the Recruiting Process Insourcing (RPI) model for staffing. One of the highlights of her time there was becoming the official staffing partner for the Milwaukee Bucks. Using the RPI model, she helped the HR team for the Bucks staff Fiserv Forum. She is excited to bring the RPI model to Lauber and to continue to help organizations find the quality talent they need to be successful. Nancy earned her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. |
