Throughout her recruiting career, Paula has provided superior service and results to a wide range of clients — from nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 companies to promising startups coast to coast. Paula believes that organizations typically hire for experience and fire for culture misfit. With proven ability to deliver candidates who possess both the functional expertise and the requisite cultural fit, she has successfully matched over 100 companies with chief financial officers.

Paula has served on the board of directors of TEMPO Milwaukee, Bel Canto Chorus and the Social Development Commission. She earned her bachelor of science degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
