How We Can Support Your Mission

  • Role definition, including a position scoping meeting with members of your team to identify critical characteristics for the position
  • Develop a detailed “Litmus” to measure how each candidate compares to your job description and critical characteristics
  • Coordinate interview scheduling​​​​
  • Help develop interview questions and provide a ranking grid to differentiate between candidates during the interview process
  • Develop a slate of candidates through our direct recruiting process, those known to us from our years of experience and those you find through your networking efforts    ​
  • Conduct detailed DISC behavioral profile of appropriate candidates as well as detailed reference checking, criminal and credit background checks ​
  • Debrief, rank candidates and determine the next step
  • Winnow the field to at least three candidates for the interview stage: first by grading candidates against the “Litmus” and then conducting in-depth screening of all candidates who score highly to find both a technical and cultural match   
  • Coordinate offer and acceptance process
